Kadar ("the service", "we", "us") is a web application that helps you build detailed prompts for AI image generation tools by selecting options such as camera, lens, lighting, composition and style through a visual interface. Kadar generates text prompts; it does not generate images itself. You use the resulting prompts in third-party image generation tools, which are governed by their own terms.
You sign in to Kadar with your Google account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. One person may not hold multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits. You can delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@kadar.studio. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Some features of Kadar consume credits. Refine with AI uses 1 credit per request. Free accounts receive 10 credits per month. The Pro subscription is billed monthly and includes 500 credits per billing period.
Included credits reset at the start of each billing period; unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value. Credits are non-transferable. We may change the number of credits included in a plan or the credit cost of a feature; changes affecting your current plan take effect from your next billing period, and we will notify you in advance.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before purchase and may include VAT or sales tax depending on your location.
The Pro subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (Manage billing on your account page); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan.
You may request a refund within 14 days of any Pro payment, including your first payment and every renewal, by emailing privacy@kadar.studio or contacting Paddle. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms. After a refund, your Pro subscription is cancelled, your account returns to the Free plan and the remaining Pro credits for that billing period are removed. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. By starting to use Pro features during that period, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost or reduced in proportion to the service already provided. This does not affect any other rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

You are responsible for how you use prompts generated with Kadar and for complying with the terms of the image generation tools you use them with.
Prompts you create in Kadar belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your prompts to train AI models and do not share them publicly.
Kadar is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that prompts will produce any particular result in third-party tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts there.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use Kadar after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and ask us to delete your account.
