This policy applies to everyone who uses Kadar, signed in or not, and to every prompt you build, refine or copy with it. It is part of our Terms of service.
Prohibited content
You may not use Kadar to create prompts intended to produce:
sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content;
nudity, including partial nudity;
images of real, identifiable people without their consent;
deepfakes: realistic images or video that show a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do;
face swaps or any other manipulation of a real person's face;
child sexual abuse material, any sexualised depiction of minors, or any other illegal content;
content that infringes others' rights, such as copyright, trademark or privacy rights;
hateful content that attacks or demeans people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
graphic violence or gore;
content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide;
content that harasses, bullies or threatens anyone;
misinformation or other deceptive content, such as fabricated news images or fake documents;
content that impersonates a brand, a public official or another person.
Prohibited use of the service
You also may not:
attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or circumvent credit limits or security measures;
scrape, resell or automate access to the service without our written permission;
create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotions.
Image tools you use
Kadar writes text prompts; it does not generate images. When you use a prompt in an image generation tool, you must also follow that tool's own terms and content policies, which may be stricter than this policy.
Enforcement
If you break this policy, we may refuse your Refine with AI requests, remove History entries that break it, and suspend or close your account. Refunds and your rights as a consumer in that case are as set out in our Terms of service and Refund policy.
